Oracle C2M Solution Architect

About the Role

Maneva Consulting is seeking a seasoned Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) Solution Architect to spearhead full-cycle solution design and execution for clients in the utilities sector. This position involves providing expert guidance on Oracle C2M and the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), with a focus on Meter-to-Cash, billing, customer services, and smart metering processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation of Oracle C2M solutions including upgrades and transformations.
• Facilitate workshops with clients to collect business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analyses.
• Create scalable, comprehensive Meter-to-Cash solution designs tailored to utility business workflows.
• Architect solutions across various modules: Customer Management, Meter Data Management, Billing, Credit & Collections, Payment Processing, and Field Operations.
• Develop integration strategies involving Oracle Utilities products like CC&B, Meter Data Management, Customer Care and Billing, along with other enterprise systems.
• Review and validate functional and technical design documentation ensuring compliance with Oracle standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to development and quality assurance teams.
• Contribute to solution cost estimation, preparation of proposals, and support presales efforts.
• Oversee architecture governance, conduct code reviews, and plan deployments.
• Engage and manage stakeholders effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities, specifically with Customer to Meter (C2M) solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework and utility sector operations such as Meter-to-Cash and Smart Metering.
• Strong ability to conduct workshops and gather accurate business requirements.
• Experience in designing end-to-end solutions and integrating complex utility systems.
• Technical and functional expertise in modules covering Customer Management, Meter Data Management, Billing, Credit & Collections, and Field Activities.
• Capability to lead and mentor technical teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Proven experience in design document reviews, estimation, and pre-sales activities.
• Willingness to join immediately and capability to work remotely from any location across India.
