Role Overview

An optometrist position is available in Singapore with a strong incentive package, including a joining bonus of up to $8,000. The compensation range for this role is $3,300 to $5,000.

Compensation and Benefits

Work Schedule and Location

This is a five-day workweek role with flexible rest days and shift-based scheduling. The position is available across islandwide store locations, covering 30 outlets in Singapore.

Key Duties

The role focuses on delivering optometry services, supporting customers with eyewear recommendations, and assisting with daily store operations.

• Carry out refraction assessments and dispense eyewear solutions.
• Advise customers on suitable lenses, coatings, and frames based on their needs.
• Keep accurate records of prescriptions, orders, and payments.
• Assist with operational tasks within the retail store.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a valid OOB licence in Singapore and have knowledge of contact lens fitting, dispensing, aftercare, and complication management. A diploma or degree in Optometry, or an equivalent qualification, is required. PV optometrists are also encouraged to apply.
