The Role

• Provide expert eye care and stylistic guidance on eyewear to patients and potential customers.
• Dispense lenses and frames accurately based on prescriptions issued by our Optometrists.
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Support operational tasks including opening and closing the store.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in optical settings or at least 2 years in retail sales roles.
• Experience with opening and closing store responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented with fundamental skills in mathematics.
• Effective, confident communication abilities.
• Able to build trustworthy and respectful connections with clients.
• Self-driven, positive, and approachable personality.

Holding an Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly preferred but not mandatory. This role presents excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth, with potential relocation support to suit work-life balance preferences.
