Key Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with local football venues to secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support both Official Hosts and local team members.
• Lead marketing efforts to attract new players and expand the community base.
• Manage game day operations ensuring exceptional player experiences.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and growth of the local operations.
