Job Overview

Join Canada Métal Ltée as a full-time Operator or Operator Assistant in our foundry located in Etmadpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. This position involves working in a unionized environment with shifts available in the day (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM) and evening (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM). The workweek spans Monday to Friday, with over 40 hours per week.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Good physical condition with the stamina to endure heat.
• Familiarity with both imperial and metric measurement systems.
• Knowledge or experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and verniers is advantageous.
• Strong aptitude for rapid learning.
• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
• Forklift driver’s license and bilingualism are considered valuable assets.
