Operationstechnische Assistenz (OTA) (m/w/d)

Role Overview

For the Berlin site, we are looking for an Operationstechnische Assistenz (OTA) (m/w/d) to support the operating room team. The position can be arranged as a minijob, part-time role, or full-time employment. The work is structured and predictable, even though the OR environment itself is dynamic.

You will be in the middle of the action, keeping processes under control and making sure operations run smoothly. This role is designed for someone who wants dependable scheduling, professional support, and assignments that fit their everyday life.

What You Bring

• A completed OTA qualification, or a nursing background with a focus on the operating room, and a strong sense of comfort in surgical settings
• Confident handling of routine OR procedures, including sterile workflows, instruments, and technical equipment
• An organized, independent, and responsible working style with a low tolerance for disorder
• A collaborative mindset with empathy and professionalism toward both colleagues and patients
• Additional experience or further training in operationstechnical assistance is considered an advantage
• Holding a Class B driving licence is helpful, but not mandatory
