Job description
Role overview
This opening is shared on behalf of a partner employer that handles the application review and all subsequent hiring steps. The opportunity is for an Operations Specialist (Creative Production) located in Ireland.
The role is central to a rapidly growing creative production setup within a global digital health product environment focused on AI-powered user experiences. You will help build and run the operational foundation that allows creative teams to produce high-quality work quickly and at scale. Acting as a connector between production, strategy, and MarTech groups, you will bring order, consistency, and visibility to fast-moving workflows. The position blends process design, coordination, and practical operational execution. It also includes identifying where automation and AI can remove repetitive work and make delivery more efficient. This is a chance to influence how creative production runs in a data-led, product-focused setting with meaningful real-world impact.
What you will do
- Create and continuously improve scalable, end-to-end workflows, supporting documentation, onboarding guides, and operating frameworks for creative production.
- Run recurring planning cadences across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles, making sure priorities, ownership, and deliverables are clearly defined.
- Strengthen collaboration across teams by connecting producers, strategists, and platform partners while keeping dependencies and information flow well managed.
- Spot opportunities to apply AI and automation to cut down repetitive tasks such as reporting, tracking, scheduling, and documentation.
- Work with MarTech and AI teams to develop smarter workflows and more efficient operating systems.
What the employer is looking for
- Background in operations, project management, production operations, or business operations in a fast-moving setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build processes, systems, and documentation from the ground up and refine them over time.
- Strong organizational ability with experience managing several workflows and stakeholders at once.
- Clear communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams and different seniority levels.
- Careful attention to detail, with strong ownership and reliable follow-through.
- A systems-oriented approach with the ability to uncover bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Strong interest in AI, automation tools, and modern operational platforms such as Airtable, Notion, and similar tools.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Benefits and additional details
- Compensation is competitive and aligned with experience and market standards.
- Work setup can be remote, hybrid, or in-office depending on preference and arrangement.
- Work equipment is provided.
- Access to a premium subscription within the product ecosystem is included.
- Annual leave includes 21 days plus local public holidays.
- Working hours are flexible and focused on outcomes rather than time spent at the desk.
- You will gain exposure to AI-enabled operational tools and modern creative production systems.
- The role offers the chance to work in a high-growth, mission-driven digital health environment.
Hiring and privacy notes
The hiring partner uses an AI-supported matching process to review applications quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role’s core requirements. The system identifies the strongest matches, and the shortlist is then shared with the employer. Final decisions and next steps, including interviews and assessments, are managed internally by the hiring team.
By submitting an application, candidates acknowledge that personal data may be processed to evaluate candidacy and share relevant information with the employer, based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Candidates may exercise rights such as access, rectification, erasure, and objection at any time.
AI tools may be used to support parts of the hiring process, including application review, resume analysis, response assessment, and basic inconsistency or verification checks. These tools assist the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people. Further information about data processing can be requested from the employer.
