Job description
Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a Haystack affiliate for the position of Operations Specialist based in Saarbrücken, Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage workflows, assess site performance metrics, and communicate essential shift details to shift and area managers.
- Guide and train staff to reach optimal performance levels while overseeing their daily activities.
- Support shift and area managers in initiatives to enhance processes, ensure workplace safety, and boost employee involvement.
- Work closely with various departments to address shared challenges and fulfill performance objectives.
- Apply data analytical techniques to discover opportunities for improving safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in at least two of the following languages: German, English, Arabic.
- Experience in utilizing data analytics for problem detection and resolution.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Background in managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining professional connections.
- Operational experience in sectors such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
