Operations & Sales Coordinator – Fine Jewelry Brand

About the Brand

This is an expanding fine jewelry label that already appears in select retail outlets and at pop-up activations. The team is seeking a well-presented, proactive, and customer-oriented person to help manage everyday operations, sales coordination, and client interactions.

Role Overview

The role calls for a polished and highly organized professional who can support daily business activities while ensuring clients experience a smooth, premium service journey at every point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep inventory organized and accurate across retail locations, handling products with care and discretion.
• Coordinate operational tasks such as deliveries, replenishment, and order completion.
• Respond to customer messages on digital channels such as Instagram and WhatsApp using a professional, brand-appropriate style.
• Assist with sales support during private events, exhibitions, and pop-up showcases.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports in Microsoft Excel.
• Pack and process online purchases carefully, following brand presentation standards.
• Work with retail partners to support strong product visibility and consistent stock availability.

Additional Responsibilities

• Track stock movement and compile clear inventory summaries.
• Help coordinate social media interaction and content-related tasks aligned with the brand identity.
• Support event setup and product handling before and during brand activations.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through a personalized, high-touch approach.
• Assist with visual merchandising so displays reflect the brand’s luxury image.
• Contribute to basic accounting activities, including bookkeeping and record maintenance.

Requirements

• Ability to speak and write fluently in both English and Arabic.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with a clear customer-first attitude.
• Prior exposure to luxury retail, jewelry, or fashion is strongly preferred.
• Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
