Job description
Role Overview
This position is for an Operations / Production Manager focused on corporate events in Sector 67, Gurugram. The role involves end-to-end planning and delivery of events such as conferences, exhibitions, product launches, award functions, and team off-sites. The salary mentioned for the role is 40k to 60k.
Core Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full operations and production cycle for corporate events, starting from the initial brief through to final execution.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to lock event requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Create detailed production plans, event layouts, and technical requirement documents.
- Manage venue shortlisting, permissions, and coordination with vendors.
- Supervise AV, lighting, stage setup, branding, and décor execution.
- Negotiate with suppliers, track expenses, and keep the event within the approved budget.
- Direct on-site teams, monitor setup activities, and ensure seamless delivery on event day.
- Resolve issues quickly and adapt to last-minute changes without disrupting the event flow.
- Prepare post-event reviews and operational reports.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for a graduate-level professional with a background in event management, hospitality, or a similar discipline. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in corporate event operations or production, along with strong coordination and client-handling skills. A good vendor network in Delhi-NCR and familiarity with AV and production tools are preferred.
Experience Expectations
