Operations Manager (Food & Beverage)

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be accountable for overseeing all designated store locations to achieve targeted sales and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with all Branch Managers within the designated region, ensuring they thoroughly understand their sales targets and align with business goals.
• Devise branch management strategies aimed at keeping expenses within predefined budget limits.
• Continuously track branch performance metrics and assess target attainment levels.
• Address operational challenges and provide strategic guidance to enhance branch profitability.
• Establish clear daily and monthly sales objectives for each branch under supervision.
• Coordinate, supervise, and follow through on marketing initiatives, new product launches, and public relations programs to guarantee successful execution.
• Analyze daily sales reports to detect branches exhibiting negative sales trends and collaborate with managers to implement corrective action plans.
• Develop workforce planning at the branch leadership level.
• Recruit and select competent Branch Managers according to each branch's requirements.
• Ensure comprehensive team training with successful completion of all required training modules.
• Mentor and cultivate leadership capabilities among Branch Managers to boost operational performance.
• Oversee and uphold the highest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.) to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints thoroughly to maintain good service reputation.
• Develop a robust customer relationship network to enhance brand awareness, loyalty, and community presence in assigned areas.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Relevant training in Food & Beverage operations and Food Safety standards.
• Minimum of five years' experience in the Food & Beverage industry, including at least two years in a managerial position.
• Possession of experience working within Saudi Arabia in the last three years.
• Valid Saudi Arabian driving license is compulsory.
