Role Overview
This role requires the leadership and management of complete facility and data center operations. The successful candidate will ensure effective service delivery, adherence to SLAs, maintain client satisfaction, and coordinate teams effectively across several projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all aspects of facility and data center operations.
- Guarantee compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) to meet client expectations.
- Ensure client satisfaction by fostering strong client relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to maintain smooth execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications and Eligibility
