Operations Manager

Role overview

Four Winters is hiring a seasoned Operations Manager to build and steer its Saudi Arabia operations, starting with the inaugural site in Jeddah. This position is a senior leadership opportunity focused on creating the operating structure from the ground up, maintaining strong day-to-day performance, and supporting the brand’s long-term growth across the Kingdom.

The role carries responsibility for the full operational run of the Saudi business, covering commercial results, team growth, quality control, legal and regulatory adherence, and overall business delivery. As the main operational point of contact for Four Winters in Saudi Arabia, you will coordinate closely with the franchisor, company leadership, the Branch Manager, and outside partners to ensure consistent brand execution and to enable expansion plans.

Operations management

• Direct the daily running of Four Winters operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Work in close partnership with the Branch Manager to keep operations running smoothly while building systems and processes that can scale as the business grows across the Kingdom.

Operational excellence

• Raise and sustain standards across quality, food safety, customer experience, stock control, cost management, and operational efficiency.
• Spot improvement opportunities continuously and put process upgrades in place to support healthy, long-term growth.

Team leadership and recruitment

• Handle hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management for the Saudi team.
• Create a strong operational culture by coaching leaders, building capability, and making sure employees reflect Four Winters’ values and service expectations.

Government relations and compliance

Manage all Saudi Arabia government and regulatory obligations for the business, including licensing, municipality requirements, labor law compliance, food safety compliance, and any other legal or operational duties tied to the business.

Business leadership

Act as the primary operational representative of Four Winters in Saudi Arabia and coordinate with the franchisor, Four Winters leadership, the Branch Manager, marketing and social media agencies, designers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to keep initiatives moving and support sustained business success.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of operations management experience in the food and beverage or hospitality sector.
• Hands-on experience managing restaurant or café operations with complete operational accountability.
• Prior work in a franchise setting, along with a strong grasp of how franchise operations work.
• A strong commercial orientation with understanding of sales, customer experience, hospitality, and brand delivery.
• Background in quality assurance, quality control, and maintaining operating standards.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading strong-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi government processes, regulatory obligations, and compliance requirements.
• Previous living and working experience in Saudi Arabia, with familiarity with the local market.
• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
