Operations Lead / Chief of Staff

About the Role

Zof AI is looking to employ an Operations Lead / Chief of Staff in Accra, Ghana. This full-time position is pivotal for the company's expansion, requiring someone to foster smooth operations, coordinate hiring, and drive planning and execution efforts. The role demands strong ownership, discretion, and a drive to maintain organizational efficiency in a dynamic, ambitious startup setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain operational rhythms to ensure team focus and agility.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management.
• Manage company-wide planning, reporting, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between engineering, product development, sales, and senior leadership.
• Develop and enhance internal infrastructure including systems, processes, and tools.
• Handle financial, vendor, and administrative tasks as necessary.
• Leverage AI technologies to optimize operations and reporting workflows.
• Tackle high-priority challenges and lead them through to resolution.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary ranges from GHS 10,000 to 20,000, along with meaningful equity offerings.
