About the Role
Mercor connects top-tier creative and technical professionals with AI research labs. The company is based in San Francisco and is backed by investors such as Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D’Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey.
This position is for an evaluator focused on operations, inventory, and capacity planning. It is a remote contract role with compensation in the range of $80 to $120 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Review AI-produced materials using task-specific quality guidelines.
- Spot inaccuracies and presentation issues in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Share precise, well-organized written feedback that helps improve model outputs.
- Use strong domain knowledge in operations, inventory management, and capacity planning.
- Work on your own schedule, independently and asynchronously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high evaluation quality.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in operations, inventory, and capacity planning.
- Fluent in English at a native or professional level.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
Preferred Background
- A master’s degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
