About the Role

Acosta Group is seeking an Operations Executive to support the Shopsmart account for Kraft Heinz. This full-time permanent position (37.5 hours/week) is located in Woking, United Kingdom with a hybrid work pattern of three days onsite and two days remote weekly. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £26,000 annually (£12.78 to £13.30 per hour), with additional client performance bonuses and company-provided technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily extraction and validation of retailer sales data to ensure accuracy and adherence to established standards.
  • Maintaining and aligning master datasets according to standardized processes and promptly communicating any anomalies to relevant stakeholders.
  • Administering the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members on the account.
  • Developing, configuring, and testing field execution tools aligned with client objectives.
  • Addressing operational queries through Manage Engine and collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely resolutions.
  • Prioritizing account requests and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Supporting field teams by preparing visual briefs, handling documentation, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing fleet-related inquiries.
  • Contributing to territory and route optimization leveraging CACI tools.
  • Providing backup support during holiday and absence periods within the Operations Executive team.
  • Performing ad-hoc reporting and basic data analyses as required.
  • Updating and maintaining account callfiles to meet quality standards.
  • Reconciling company credit card expenses and assisting with operational expenditure reconciliations.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting enhancements to operational workflows.
  • Assisting with reception duties when needed.
  • Conducting at least one field visit every quarter.
  • Adhering to company policies including GDPR regulations and health & safety standards.
  • Taking responsibility for personal development and training advancement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong organizational capabilities coupled with high attention to detail.
  • Confident working with data and utilizing analytical tools or spreadsheet formulas.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across different teams.
  • Proactive attitude focused on process improvement and excellent service delivery.
  • Experience managing multiple responsibilities calmly under pressure.
