Key responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing the upkeep of facilities, managing financial aspects, and actively engaging members in People's Association initiatives. A critical requirement for this role is the capability to perform safety operations, such as powerboat handling and participating in search and rescue efforts.
Key Responsibilities
The Operations Executive will work closely with Managers to implement outlet strategies that align with the People's Association's overarching objectives and senior management's directives. The Executive will also be involved in recommending potential trainers for official appointments and maintaining strong connections with local organizations to stay abreast of industry advancements.
Furthermore, the role involves actively encouraging member participation in People's Association projects and national campaigns. In times of crisis, the Operations Executive will assist in emergency evacuations and conduct vital safety operations, including the operation of powerboats for search and rescue missions, ensuring all activities are conducted with the highest regard for safety.
