Role Description

State Street Spices is looking for a full-time Operations Director to lead and improve our operational effectiveness. This remote position involves managing day-to-day business activities, refining workflows, and optimizing the supply chain. The Director will be responsible for team leadership, budget oversight, customer service management, and ensuring the achievement of company goals. Collaboration across departments is key to upholding our production standards and our commitment to community impact.
