Role Overview

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering superior customer service, optimizing profit margins, and enhancing operational efficiency within the Operations Team. You'll ensure compliance with policies, oversee back-of-house procedures, and promote a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize tasks for the operations team to maintain efficient back-of-house functioning, strictly following procedural controls.
• Manage stock flow including receiving inbound goods, processing returns, handling transfers, and managing invoices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while effectively addressing complaints and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards especially regarding safe product handling, equipment use, and incident reporting.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Enthusiastic individual comfortable working in a lively, casual retail setting.
• Experience thriving in retail operations with knowledge of stock management, including inbound and outbound logistics.
• Strong multitasking ability combined with meticulous attention to detail.
• Sound understanding of inventory control and operational procedures.
• Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent customer service skills capable of generating highly positive feedback.
