Role overview
This part-time Operations Assistant position supports the daily running of the Haesong Offshore Wind project. The role is fully remote but is limited to candidates based in Australia. It is suited to someone who is comfortable working independently, keeping work organized, and supporting multiple teams across different time zones.
What you will do
- Help organize internal and external meetings, including scheduling and coordination.
- Maintain operational files, records, and documentation in an orderly way.
- Track follow-ups, deadlines, and outstanding action items so work stays on schedule.
- Assist with reporting tasks and prepare short summaries and simple presentation materials.
- Support efforts to improve workflow and team coordination across functions.
- Respond to internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with stakeholders working in different time zones.
- Provide general administrative support and customer service assistance to the operations function.
Required profile
- Background in operations support, including exposure to operations or operations management.
- Good analytical ability for handling data, producing basic reports, and contributing to process improvements.
- Clear communication skills for working with cross-functional and international teams.
- Customer service experience and the ability to manage inquiries professionally.
- Comfort using common office tools such as MS Office or Google Workspace, as well as online collaboration platforms.
- Strong organization, close attention to detail, and the ability to juggle several tasks in a remote environment.
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project-driven work is considered an added advantage.
- Relevant post-secondary study or equivalent hands-on experience in operations, business, or a related area.
