Role Overview
This full-time permanent role sits within the Operations & Administration team at the company’s East Zone premises in Singapore. The position reports to the Office Supervisor or Operations Manager and is designed for someone who can help keep office and warehouse activities running smoothly. It is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided.
Working Hours
Scheduled work runs from Monday to Friday, with one of these shift patterns: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Saturday hours are 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
What You Will Do
- Keep track of office inventory such as stationery, pantry supplies, and cleaning materials.
- Sort and route incoming mail, documents, and internal messages to the right people or departments.
- Handle small maintenance tasks like replenishing printer paper, replacing water dispenser bottles, and arranging shared areas.
- Carry out local errands when assigned, including buying supplies or delivering documents.
- Work alongside cleaning staff to maintain a tidy office environment.
- Help organize inbound and outbound courier parcels in the correct storage or processing areas.
- Support the loading and unloading of parcels from vehicles, taking care with handling.
- Help keep warehouse and operations spaces orderly, clean, and safe.
- Assist with basic parcel handling activities such as stamping, labelling, and scanning under supervision.
- Take part in inventory counts and stock-taking exercises.
- Enter simple consignment information into the computer system, including waybill numbers and sender/receiver details.
- File delivery records, receipts, and waybills in both physical and organized form.
- Prepare basic daily reports and other documents as instructed.
- Support data checking and straightforward record-keeping tasks.
Skills and Qualities Needed
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to read and write simple English for work-related tasks.
- Physical stamina to move parcels, lift moderate loads of up to 15kg, and stay active through the day.
- Dependability and care when handling documents, parcels, and company property.
- Comfort working as part of a team and following instructions closely.
- Basic computer use and data entry ability.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Good time management and punctuality.
- A valid Class 2, 2A, or 2B motorcycle licence is an added advantage.
