Job description
About KSANSA
KSANSA is a brand working inside a private family office setting, with activity concentrated in Riyadh and Khobar in Saudi Arabia, as well as London in the UK, alongside other operations in Europe and the USA. The environment is fast-moving, built around long-term thinking, and expects a consistently high standard of work and conduct.
Role Overview
This opening is for an Operational Support Manager at junior to senior manager level. The position is focused on hands-on operational support rather than investment analysis. The selected person will be closely involved in the daily running of finance, logistics, travel, research, and executive support activities, and will be expected to own their responsibilities end to end.
This is a proactive, high-accountability role for someone who notices issues early, proposes solutions quickly, and is comfortable working with limited direction. It blends elements of a personal assistant, executive assistant, and operational coordinator, with a strong focus on ownership and execution.
Key Scope of Work
The role includes broad operational responsibility, with a substantial onboarding period and close mentoring at the beginning, followed by increasing independence over time. Examples of the work include budget ownership, executive travel coordination, briefing preparation, payment and reporting support, relationship management, events, strategic project work, and team coordination across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of budget segments from planning and cash flow forecasting through variance analysis and rolling forecasts, with an annual scope of around SAR 10 million.
- Arrange executive travel from start to finish, including commercial and private aviation, hotels, fleet, dining, and related support such as visas, passports, and embassy coordination.
- Prepare and deliver executive materials independently, including presentations and board-level briefings.
- Manage multi-currency transactions, payment sheets, financial mapping, and reporting for review by stakeholders and internal departments.
- Support relationship management with banks, suppliers, and other external contacts, while also building and recording new connections.
- Assist with asset management-related work in the UK, including capex and opex planning, monitoring, and related tracking topics such as CGT versus capex.
- Plan and deliver events and projects in Saudi Arabia and overseas, covering sourcing, invitations, procurement, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Contribute to strategic projects by preparing analysis, insights, action plans, and due diligence support, while considering risk management principles.
- Work closely with team members across locations and manage direct reports where required.
- Report to the Head of Office through the PMO, and on selected tasks, later report directly to the Principal.
Requirements
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience is preferred, although strong candidates with less experience may also be considered.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates from other backgrounds who can learn quickly are also welcome.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential; Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required, with work carried out in the Google ecosystem as well.
- Confidence using AI tools, including Gemini, beyond basic email drafting prompts.
- Prior experience in confidential environments is important; startup experience is also valued.
- A proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented working style is expected.
- Comfort presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders is needed.
- Ability to travel for 3 to 5 months per year, with exposure to UK, EU, or other international markets.
- Must be based in Riyadh for at least one year, or be a Saudi national currently in Riyadh; relocation may be considered for Saudi nationals, with Riyadh-based candidates preferred.
- Ability to stay resilient under pressure and adapt to changing schedules, peak periods, and closing cycles.
- Experience managing direct reports is required.
- Highest standards of professionalism, protocol, and confidentiality are essential.
Candidate Profile
The ideal person is entrepreneurial, highly adaptable, and comfortable working both at a desk and in fast-moving situations on the ground. The company is looking for someone who values substance, can operate with discretion, and brings practical judgment rather than a purely polished presentation.
Recruitment Process
The selection process includes CV screening, a brief 10-minute screening call, a 40-minute interview based on three questions, a one-week business case followed by a presentation to key stakeholders, and a final one-on-one meeting with the Principal for the top five candidates. The overall hiring timeline is expected to run until mid-August 2026.
The intended start window is from the end of August 2026 to no later than the end of September 2026.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary is SAR 15,000 to SAR 20,000 per month, net, depending on experience and profile. In addition, there is a quarterly bonus of SAR 10,000 to SAR 15,000 net, tied to budget variance performance and eNPS/NPS scores.
Additional pay may include a discretionary twice-yearly bonus linked to operational and travel performance, as well as a discretionary holiday gift at the end of Ramadan. The total annual financial package may reach up to USD 100,000 net or the equivalent in Saudi riyals, depending on level and performance.
Other benefits include a travel expense budget for items such as networking dinners, basic health insurance, a dedicated mentor for the first two years, up to two months of flexible leave per year, fully paid international travel, and visa sponsorship or arrangements for non-Saudi hires.
Additional Notes
This is a growth-oriented position, and applicants are encouraged to apply if they have an entrepreneurial mindset. The employer emphasizes practical experience, delivery, and credibility over presentation style. Only serious candidates are expected to apply, and the role is intended for people who are comfortable with high standards and frequent travel.
