Role Overview

The Operation Executive / Senior Executive will oversee and manage diverse aspects of mall operations focusing on retailer engagement and maintaining an efficient, secure, and welcoming environment. This role involves ensuring optimal merchandise levels, stock availability, retail rewards, and timely collection of dues along with managing outsourced agency staff for supporting mall services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication and connection with retailers to foster strong relationships.
• Implement prescribed merchandise levels for each retailer category effectively.
• Guarantee a consistent supply of fresh stock in stores periodically without any stock shortages.
• Ensure stock availability aligns with seasonal demands well in advance.
• Arrange appropriate visual merchandising within stores in line with themes or seasons.
• Collect retailer payments promptly to ensure financial flow.
• Develop and execute incentive programs like rewards and recognition schemes for retailers.
• Organize competitions among retailers within the mall setting to encourage engagement.
• Celebrate store anniversaries monthly to strengthen retailer relations.
• Proactively identify retailers’ needs and respond to ensure a high level of satisfaction among customers and retailers.
• Address and resolve any issues raised by customers or retailers efficiently.
• Manage mall operations daily, ensuring upkeep and seamless facility functioning.
• Oversee safety and security measures protecting mall properties, customers, and retailers.
• Supervise outsourced service providers including security personnel, housekeeping, parking staff, pest control, and horticulture teams.
• Follow detailed operational plans weekly, fortnightly, and monthly to maintain consistency.
• Drive initiatives aimed at boosting footfall and sales by enhancing retailer relationships and operational excellence.
