Overview

As part of its ongoing national growth, Cornerstone seeks a skilled Operating Director to lead the West Boise, ID branch, driving the branch’s development with support from corporate and other directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch independently while receiving continuous training and support from corporate headquarters.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to position Cornerstone Caregiving as the primary choice for in-home care services in the region.
- Establish and nurture relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, hospices, and senior living facilities.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing; oversee on-call duties responding to clients, caregivers, and partners.
- Perform in-home assessments, maintain client relationships, conduct client intakes, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Manage the office budget and monitor financial performance via profit and loss statements.
- Create a positive workplace culture by motivating staff, setting high standards, and fostering team morale.
