Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch independently while receiving continuous training and support from corporate headquarters.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to position Cornerstone Caregiving as the primary choice for in-home care services in the region.
• Establish and nurture relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, hospices, and senior living facilities.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing; oversee on-call duties responding to clients, caregivers, and partners.
• Perform in-home assessments, maintain client relationships, conduct client intakes, and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Manage the office budget and monitor financial performance via profit and loss statements.
• Create a positive workplace culture by motivating staff, setting high standards, and fostering team morale.
