Role Overview
For an international client in Bonn, the team is looking for an Onsite IT Supporter (m/f/d) as soon as possible. This position focuses on hands-on local IT support, ticket handling, and device setup in an English-speaking service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming service requests and incident reports through the ticketing system, by phone, and by email in English.
- Prepare meeting rooms and ICT equipment for video conferences and monitoring.
- Set up and configure client devices using software management tools.
- Support the configuration and rollout of secure mobile devices through mobile device management solutions.
- Provide on-site support at the customer location in Bonn.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT support.
- Strong communication skills with a clear customer and service focus.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows operating systems.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Good English language skills.
