Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and select topics for various online media platforms.
- Manage on-page content quality and deliver valuable content for the corporate platform and blog.
- Create content optimized for search engines to enhance visibility.
- Investigate and produce engaging themes suitable for publication.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Perform competitive analysis, generate reports, and assist the partner management team.
- Support engagement across social media channels including LinkedIn, XING, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Assist with developing online collaboration efforts.
- Ensure quality control throughout content and campaign processes.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Genuine interest and foundational understanding of online marketing.
- Prior exposure to online marketing and sales, especially in strategizing and implementing marketing plans, is advantageous.
- Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong writing skills with enthusiasm for creating content.
- Good affinity toward internet technologies and web environments.
- Proactive, diligent, precise, independent, and self-motivated work ethic.
- Goal-driven mindset focused on achieving measurable results.
- Basic familiarity with web media tools such as blogs and content management systems (CMS).
- Proficiency in German.
- Excellent command of English at native or near-native level; additional language proficiency is a bonus.
