Online Marketing Manager E-Commerce (m/w/d) – Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile Online Marketing Manager with a strong orientation towards e-commerce who can coordinate and integrate multiple marketing channels, including SEO, Social Ads, Email Marketing, and Shop Optimization. At RIK JAMES Media GmbH, an e-commerce agency driving digital brand growth, you will holistically design and execute marketing strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cross-channel marketing strategies that blend SEO, Paid Social, Email Marketing, and On-Site Optimization.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and additional channels.
• Collaborate with the content team to build organic traffic through strategic content and SEO efforts.
• Create automated email flows and newsletter plans to enhance customer retention and sales.
• Analyze performance metrics across campaigns to identify and implement optimization opportunities, ensuring online shops are effectively structured from product pages through to checkout.

Required Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of online marketing with an e-commerce emphasis.
• Hands-on experience in at least two or three channels from SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
• Ability to interpret data and extract strategic insights.
• Strong writing skills applicable across ads, emails, and landing pages.
• Highly self-directed with a desire for trust and independence rather than micromanagement.
• Fluent in German language.
• Open educational background—proven skills and experience are the priority.
