Online Marketing Manager

About the Role

This position is tailored for someone who wants to contribute broadly across online marketing rather than just focusing on social media. The role involves developing and managing diverse digital marketing campaigns with a focus on targeted content creation and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise, implement, and continually refine online marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and results.
• Plan and manage social media strategies, including content development and paid social advertising campaigns.
• Create audience-focused materials such as textual, visual, and video content for websites, social channels, email newsletters, and related platforms.
• Monitor critical performance indicators and generate analytics-based reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively with teams encompassing design, technical roles, and project management.

Candidate Profile

• Completed higher education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience ranging from entry-level to several years in online marketing, preferably within agency settings.
• Deep expertise in social media advertising, search engine optimization, search engine advertising, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, or equivalent tools.
• A creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities and keen awareness of current digital content trends.
• Analytical thinking combined with a methodical and hands-on approach to work.
• An aesthetic sensibility and affinity for design software such as Photoshop and InDesign.
