Job description

Role Overview

Join Woolworths Group as an Online Manager based in Albany Creek, Queensland. This full-time on-site position leads the online operations department, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive leadership to the online department, managing daily operations in coordination with the broader store leadership team.
  • Plan and organize team efforts to meet order picking demands effectively and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Support and develop team members using the Store Leadership Pathway to enhance leadership and operational capabilities.
  • Promote a safe workplace by enforcing appropriate safety protocols and procedures for staff and customers.
  • Model customer engagement behaviors by exemplifying the Everyday ACTs – Acknowledge, Care, and Thank.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across stores to deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Work Schedule Options

Two roster options are available:

  • Option 1: Monday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Wednesday 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Sunday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
  • Option 2: Tuesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Wednesday 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
