Online Google Review Team Member

Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, focused on managing the Google reviews for EYEZ Modeling Agency. The team member will be responsible for monitoring and responding to reviews, ensuring all communications are professional, prompt, and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze trends in online feedback to identify areas for improving service quality.
• Prepare concise reports based on review insights for management consideration.
• Draft clear and empathetic written responses to both positive and negative reviews.
• Collaborate with different internal teams to address any concerns raised by reviews.
• Support efforts to encourage satisfied clients and talent to post positive reviews.
• Assist in creating standardized guidelines and training materials to streamline the management of online reviews and uphold the agency's reputation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to deliver professional and empathetic responses.
• Analytical thinking to interpret feedback patterns and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in training or developing knowledge-sharing content related to review management.
• Familiarity with digital reputation management tools and online platforms, including Google Business profiles.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple reviews and follow-up tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.
• Willingness to work on-site in Nairobi County and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Prior involvement in customer service or public relations is advantageous.
• Educational background such as a diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred but not compulsory with equivalent practical experience.
