About the Role
Join a global project to enhance digital map content and quality, impacting millions worldwide. This position involves undertaking research and data validation tasks through a web platform, including verifying data accuracy, comparing information, and assessing its relevance.
Candidate Assessment
Candidates must successfully complete an open-book examination that evaluates their suitability prior to engagement. Identity confirmation is also required. Preparatory materials and instructions will be provided by the team, and the exam should be completed within a defined timeframe at the applicant's convenience.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be proficient in reading and writing Urdu and possess basic English language skills.
- Should have resided in India continuously for at least the last five years with familiarity of present and historical Indian media, sports, business, news, social and cultural contexts.
- Capability to execute research using search engines, online maps, and other websites by following instructions accurately.
- Willingness to engage in diverse tasks including maps, news content evaluations, audio assignments, and verification of information relevance.
- Daily availability of broadband internet, computer equipment, and required software.
- Candidates need not have prior professional experience but must meet these basic criteria and successfully pass the evaluation process before starting.
Work Schedule and Compensation
This is a part-time, long-duration project requiring availability between 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Indian Standard Time. The remuneration for this role ranges from ₹450,000 to ₹460,000 annually.
