Role Overview

As an Online Assistant, your responsibilities involve:

• Precisely and safely picking and packing orders for our online customers.
• Liaising with various departments concerning stock shortages, substitutions, and responding to inquiries regarding online orders.
• Maintaining a proactive and positive approach to health and safety for yourself and your colleagues.
