Role Overview

The Online Assistant role focuses on accurately and efficiently picking and packing customer orders for online grocery shopping. The position requires effective communication with other departments about stock availability, substitutions, and customer inquiries while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

• Accurately picking and packing online orders in a safe and efficient manner.

Working Hours and Roster

The role follows the schedule below:
Sunday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
