Lantern is a specialty care platform that helps people reach the right care at the right time. Its Network of Excellence brings together leading specialists in surgery, cancer care, infusions, and other areas, helping employers lower costs while improving access to high-quality treatment for their workforce. This position is part of the Cancer Support team and is centered on creating a concierge-style experience for patients, families, and caregivers while helping them overcome barriers in the healthcare system.

The role focuses on relationship-building, member support, and care coordination. It includes answering questions, collecting medical records, arranging care with current providers or second-opinion services, organizing travel support, contacting eligible new members, and checking in to ensure a strong member experience.

Success in this position depends on being proactive, energetic, and committed to improving the oncology care experience for patients and caregivers. The work is fast-paced and service-driven, and it calls for someone who can stay engaged, organized, and dependable.
