Job description
About the company
Luxury Presence is a fast-scaling AI growth platform built for the real estate industry. The company is backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other leading investors, has reached $100M in annual recurring revenue, and supports more than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ RealTrends top 100 agents in the United States.
Founded in 2016 by Stanford Business School alumnus Malte Kramer, Luxury Presence has grown into a global organization that has appeared on the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies list for three consecutive years. Its products help real estate agents, teams, and brokerages strengthen their business through award-winning web design, SEO solutions, and AI-powered tools.
Role overview
Luxury Presence is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to join its Client Success team. In this role, you will own the early client journey, shape website builds for high-end real estate professionals, and ensure each launch is delivered smoothly with a high-touch, service-first approach. The position blends relationship management, project coordination, and client-facing communication during the first 2-4 weeks of the customer experience.
What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of as many as 60 active clients at the same time, from kickoff through website launch.
- Lead 3-4 Zoom meetings with clients each day, with each call lasting about 45-60 minutes, to collect requirements, align expectations, and keep work moving.
- Convert client ideas and preferences into clear action items for internal teams while protecting accuracy and quality.
- Track delivery timelines and step in early when delays or blockers appear so the client experience stays on track.
- Work toward strong CSAT results and a quarterly goal of 3-5 Google reviews.
- Support a monthly goal of 15 website launches.
- Partner closely with the Product Fulfillment team to set up and connect IDX feeds.
- Record client communication and task updates in Salesforce.
- Help improve internal processes and contribute to new product launches, training, and mentorship efforts.
What makes you a strong fit
You should be highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to stay calm when work becomes complex. The ideal candidate can explain design and technical ideas clearly, anticipate what clients need next, and enjoy helping others succeed. You should also be proactive, quick to learn new tools, and able to communicate technical details to non-technical clients with patience and confidence.
Experience and background
The role is best suited to candidates with 0-2 years of experience in software implementation, agency work in media, or creative/client operations. Prior experience coordinating client meetings, project timelines, and day-to-day communication in a fast-moving environment is important. Familiarity with platforms such as Squarespace, Shopify, or WordPress is an advantage, and an interest in luxury real estate is preferred.
Additional information
Luxury Presence is committed to equal employment opportunity. All qualified applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
The company also notes that artificial intelligence tools may be used in parts of the hiring process, such as resume review, application analysis, and identifying possible inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support recruiting operations but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people. Candidates who want more information about data processing may contact the company directly.
The organization emphasizes innovation across real estate technology and marketing, and it highlights recognition such as repeat placement on BuiltIn's Best Place to Work lists, multiple Tech100 awards, and an Inman Innovation Award for Best AI-Powered Platform.
