Position
Training / onboarding / L&D Evaluator
Compensation
This contract role pays between $80 and $120 per hour.
Work Location
This is a fully remote opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-created outputs using role-specific quality standards.
- Spot issues related to accuracy, visual quality, and presentation.
- Write feedback that is clear, organized, and actionable.
- Partner with subject matter experts to keep evaluations aligned and consistent.
- Operate independently in an asynchronous setup and deliver work on time while helping improve model performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant professional background in Training, onboarding, or L&D. Strong English fluency is required, either native-level or professional. The role also calls for advanced skill in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.
Preferred Background
A master's degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
