Role Overview

The Onboarding Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for prospective patients. In this role, you will schedule, monitor, and track assessment appointments for Onboarding Specialists while helping introduce referrals to the company’s services and value. The position plays an important part in creating a strong first impression and supporting the overall success of the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective patients every day and arrange assessment appointments with Onboarding Specialists.
  • Manage incoming calls from patients and referral partners.
  • Work toward daily and weekly targets for scheduled assessments.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients.
  • Operate independently while also contributing as part of the broader team.
  • Stay in regular contact with referral sources, Onboarding Specialists, and other internal team members.
  • Add scheduled assessments to the Onboarding Specialist calendar.
  • Record calls, tasks, and appointments accurately in Salesforce.
  • Help establish a welcoming first impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare and the services offered.
  • Track daily assessments, prepare marketing materials, and complete quality assurance calls.
  • Take part in daily huddles, training, and other meetings as required.
  • Demonstrate AnewHealth’s core values in everyday interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have an associate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience that may justify an exception. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is required. Experience in an outbound or inbound call center, scheduling role, or cold calling is preferred.

  • Understanding of sales workflows, healthcare products, and the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Strong phone presence that is energetic and empathetic.
  • Good problem-solving capability.
  • Strong motivation and persuasive communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational habits.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities at once.
  • Self-directed work style with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, plus facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Comfort using MS Office Suite and Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Genuine interest in helping people and improving their lives.

Work Conditions and Schedule

This is a full-time remote position with an expected average workload of 40 hours per week. You may need to be available outside standard business hours on an as-needed basis to support customer needs. Schedules may be adjusted depending on operational requirements. The role is administrative in nature and may involve hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. You must be able to travel to multiple site locations within your assigned territory and may occasionally work extended hours.
