The Good Hands Rescue Network (GHRN) Onboarding Consultant I plays a vital role in welcoming new gig workers to this roadside assistance program, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Duties
- Proactively communicate with prospective candidates to sustain their interest in joining GHRN.
- Address inquiries from candidates about the application and onboarding process.
- Guide qualified candidates through completion of all necessary onboarding steps promptly and thoroughly.
- Evaluate candidates’ roadside assistance tools to confirm they satisfy safety and performance standards.
- Arrange and manage scheduling for candidates' skills validation appointments as part of the onboarding process.
Experience and Skills
- Preferred minimum of two years’ relevant work experience.
- Effective customer interaction and service capabilities.
- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple candidate interactions.
- Ability to facilitate virtual training and coordinate appointments.
Compensation and Employment Conditions
The annual remuneration for this position ranges between $53,500 and $84,625, dependent on experience and credentials. Candidates hired must pass a background check. This position does not include supervisory duties.
