OMNI Lead Department Manager

Overview

This position involves assisting in leadership duties within the OMNI area by collaborating closely with the OMNI Assistant Manager. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that assigned tasks and priorities are completed efficiently.

Primary Duties

• Providing outstanding customer service by warmly greeting patrons, helping them with product promotion, locating items, facilitating purchase decisions, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Supporting coordination and direction of daily tasks based on priorities communicated by the OMNI Assistant Manager and Store Management Team.
• Evaluating the presentation and overall condition of the OMNI area, identifying any shortcomings for prompt correction.
• Delegating tasks, assisting team members, and ensuring all daily OMNI activities are completed effectively.
• Assisting with staff scheduling as required to maintain adequate coverage.
• Monitoring key OMNI performance metrics such as Presubs, First Time Pick Rate (FTPR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and taking action on improvement opportunities.
• Engaging in the training and development of OMNI Associates while providing ongoing feedback.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free working environment by following company policies and procedures, fulfilling Spark App Checklists, and ensuring that displays and fixtures are secure and tidy.

Compensation and Location

The minimum hourly wage for this role begins at $20.85.

Primary worksite is located at 1550 Cameron Street, Hawkesbury, Ontario, Canada.
