Job description
Role overview
The OMNI Department Manager supports customer service by helping shoppers with their needs and ensuring online grocery and Walmart.ca processes run smoothly. This position works closely with OMNI associates, follows up on tasks, and helps organize daily work according to workload and customer traffic.
Key duties
- Support the training and ongoing development of OMNI associates.
- Prepare the back office by reviewing future grocery orders, daily pickup reports, payment exceptions, pick identification, commodity-based workload, CFA assignments, staging whiteboards, and handhelds/printers for CFAs.
- Monitor email and AMP+ regularly for action items.
- Carry out daily picks when needed.
- Handle post-pick tasks such as clearing and resetting service stations, cleaning totes, maintaining e-commerce cleaning standards, and keeping the back office NCO and prepared for the next day.
- Model strong customer service by greeting customers politely, helping promote products and services, finding merchandise, and supporting purchase decisions.
Pay information
The starting hourly pay for this role is $17.75.
Minimum qualifications
