Position Overview

Joining Walmart Canada as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate provides an excellent opportunity to enhance your retail experience. This role involves meticulous picking, packing, and processing of online orders while upholding rigorous safety and food hygiene criteria to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently select and assemble orders across different temperature zones, ensuring timely delivery.
• Carefully pack orders, paying attention to product distinctions, quantities, and correct codes.
• Ensure picked products are undamaged, fresh, and meet high-quality standards.
• Properly label and document orders by accurately interpreting pick slips, packaging instructions, and shipping labels.
• Optimize tote packing for space efficiency without compromising product quality.
• Balance fulfillment duties with engaging customer interactions and resolving issues as needed.
• Strictly follow safety and food hygiene protocols including maintaining cleanliness, quick cleanup of spills, and ensuring totes are clean before packing.
• Operate material handling equipment responsibly, performing safety checks prior to use.
• Fully embody Walmart’s mission and core values through conduct and teamwork.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting enhancements to procedures, productivity, customer satisfaction, safety, and quality standards.
• Exhibit flexibility by adapting work assignments to meet customer demands and daily schedules.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.
