Position Summary

Join Walmart Canada as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate and enhance your retail skills. This role involves picking, packing, and dispatching online orders while ensuring precision and safety standards, contributing to customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble orders from multiple temperature zones prioritizing quality and timely customer delivery.
• Pack orders meticulously, distinguishing between similarly named products, ensuring correct quantities and product codes.
• Verify the quality of picked items, avoiding damaged or less fresh products.
• Properly document and label orders by interpreting pick slips, packaging info, and shipping labels.
• Optimize packing space in totes efficiently while maintaining the integrity of the products.
• Balance fulfillment duties with customer engagement, addressing and resolving issues as they arise.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety and food sanitation guidelines, including maintaining a clean workspace, promptly addressing spills, and ensuring totes are debris-free.
• Operate material handling machinery responsibly, completing safety pre-checks before use.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational processes, productivity, safety, working conditions, and quality standards.
• Demonstrate adaptability to work assignments to meet daily delivery schedules and customer needs.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $19.50.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be aged 16 years or older.
