Role Overview
Lovely Professional University in Jalandhar, Punjab is seeking a driven professional for its Training, Placement & Career Services team. The role focuses on building employer partnerships, supporting student placements, and strengthening career readiness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners and recruiters.
- Support campus hiring, internship sourcing, and placement outreach.
- Handle the full coordination of recruitment drives from planning to execution.
- Plan and run initiatives that improve student employability and career preparedness.
- Work closely with academic teams to improve placement outcomes for students.
Requirements
- A master's degree is required, with MBA or PGDM being the preferred qualification.
- Relevant experience of 2 to 8 years is needed in Training & Placement, campus hiring, corporate relations, HR recruitment, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
