Overview
This opportunity is for an early-stage HR professional to join a leading real estate developer in Qatar in an Officer – Talent Relations (Qatarization) position. The role is well suited to someone who is enthusiastic about employee engagement, people-focused programs, and initiatives that strengthen national talent development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee programs and handle HR service requests in an organized and timely manner.
- Keep employee information current and prepare reports for management as needed.
- Help plan and support activities that improve employee engagement and overall satisfaction.
- Manage employee relations issues, including supporting conflict resolution where required.
- Work with the payroll team to respond to employee questions and related matters.
- Carry out exit interviews and review patterns to identify improvement areas.
- Contribute to Qatarization efforts and retention initiatives for local talent.
- Ensure all HR activities remain aligned with company rules and applicable labour regulations.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required.
- Applicants who are fresh graduates or have up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
- The role requires careful attention to detail and a strong respect for confidentiality.
