Job Role and Location
We are organizing a walk-in recruitment drive for the Phone Banking Department targeting positions based in New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal. However, the interview will be conducted in Balasore, Odisha.
Position Details
- Designation: Officer - Outbound Phone Banking
- Relevant Experience Required: 1 to 2 years in Phone Banking, Tele Calling, or Tele Sales within banking processes
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline
- Languages: Proficient verbal communication skills in Odia, English, and Hindi are essential
