Role Overview
Reporting to the Manager of Marketing and Communications, the Officer will assist in implementing marketing and communication strategies aligned with the organisation's business goals. The position entails executing marketing, communications, and promotional campaigns to enhance Amana Healthcare's brand visibility and ensuring consistent messaging across multiple channels.
Key Duties
- Stay updated on the latest healthcare industry trends and best marketing practices to inform effective communications strategies.
- Lead and actively engage in professional meetings, upholding confidentiality and adhering to organisational policies.
- Support the deployment of marketing, public relations, and stakeholder engagement plans that support company objectives.
- Manage integrated marketing activities such as brand oversight, media relations, internal communications, employee engagement, events, campaigns, social media, digital outreach, and market analysis.
- Coordinate and administer events, sponsor initiatives, and promotional activities, followed by detailed post-event evaluation to assess success and ROI.
- Organize and schedule marketing requests from caregivers, physicians, and service leaders, ensuring they align with strategic priorities and are delivered promptly.
- Create, review, and assist in producing communication materials, reports, presentations, and marketing collateral in English and Arabic as necessary.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and performance tracking to identify growth opportunities, strengthen stakeholder connections, maintain regulatory compliance, and report on major achievements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications, Digital Media & Advertising, or a related discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in JCI-accredited healthcare environments.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing and communication channels, platforms, programs, and creative strategies to boost engagement and brand presence.
- Proficiency in using surveys, focus groups, feedback tools, and other evaluative methods to assess outcomes, troubleshoot issues, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong presentations, interpersonal relations, written proficiency in English, and fluency in Microsoft Office software.
