Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the entire property while assisting guests with accessing their rooms.
• Monitor security systems and perform daily inspections to identify any physical hazards.
• Respond promptly to incidents and provide assistance to guests and employees during emergencies.
• Handle disturbances by calming affected guests and escorting individuals off the premises if necessary.
• Carry out investigations, collect evidence, and facilitate interviews with relevant parties involved.
• Complete all required shift reports and maintain confidentiality of all loss prevention documentation.

Additional Information

This position requires compliance with quality assurance standards. Expect extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking. Candidates must be able to lift, move, push, pull or place objects up to 23 kg independently and assist in moving objects over 35 kg. Proficiency using computers or point-of-sale systems to input and access work-related information is necessary. Other reasonable duties may be assigned by supervisors.

Education and Experience Requirements
