Job Summary
This role is responsible for supporting the rollout and day-to-day application of health, safety, and environmental practices, making sure they are carried out on time, meet quality expectations, and align with internal policies and procedures. The position helps drive departmental operational objectives and ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Help create, track, and put into practice the company’s health and safety policy.
- Ensure site activities follow health and safety regulations and help minimize hazards, incidents, and accidents.
- Confirm that required policies and procedures are available and followed consistently.
- Maintain compliance with all legal workplace health and safety requirements.
- Inspect work areas to spot possible hazards, evaluate associated risks, and report findings.
- Organize emergency drills, including fire drills, and verify that safety equipment works properly and employees know how to respond in an emergency.
- Support accident and emergency response efforts, including investigation and reporting.
- Work with site-specific rules and requirements for SABIC, SEC, MARAFIQ, ARAMCO, and SWCC sites.
- Apply knowledge of risk assessments and method statements in daily work.
- Prepare all required documentation for gate passes for workers across all sites.
- Complete and submit regulatory documentation needed for site start-up, work in progress, and site closure.
- Carry out assigned tasks according to delivery timelines and operational plans.
- Use resources efficiently to meet goals within time and cost expectations.
- Submit periodic reports that clearly show deviations from the plan and the status of completed work.
- Resolve routine issues independently and escalate more complex operational matters when needed.
- Maintain the required quality standards and contribute to effective quality control processes.
- Support improvements in business processes by following documented systems, procedures, and automation opportunities where possible.
- Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure safety, quality, and environmental controls are followed to maintain compliance and deliver reliable services.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Safety & Health Technology.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of site specialist work rules for SABIC, SEC, MARAFIQ, ARAMCO, and SWCC.
- Understanding of risk assessment and method statement principles.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Good time management and organizational ability.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized approach to work.
- Initiative, leadership, creativity, and presentation skills.
