Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to all relevant regulations and bank policies concerning banking transactions.
• Handle cash transactions, fund transfers, and processing of clearing instruments efficiently.
• Accept and process cheques, demand drafts, dividend warrants, pay orders, and other financial instruments or bills for deposits within authorized limits.
• Manage new account openings and update transactions either in collaboration with officers or independently when specially authorized.
• Attend to customer service requests including inquiries on account balances, transaction histories, statements, and fees or charges.
• Resolve customer complaints and questions promptly within designated deadlines and escalate complex issues to higher authorities as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Hold a graduate degree, preferably in Banking or Commerce.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Demonstrate skill in cultivating solid relationships with clients.
• Be dependable and responsible in fulfilling duties.
• Capacity to manage deadlines effectively.
• Have knowledge of pertinent internal and external banking regulations.
• Be proficient in basic computer operations.

• This role is based onsite at the Vasant Vihar location in Delhi.
