About the Role

INSEAD is recruiting a full-time Officer for Campus Recruitment to be based at the Asia Campus in Singapore. This position follows a hybrid work model with three days onsite and two days remote weekly. The role is part of the Degree Programmes Department, which aims to deliver outstanding educational programs including MBA, EMBA, and specialized master's degrees.

The successful candidate will report to the Associate Director of Employer Engagement & Recruitment and will have an important role in planning and delivering employer engagement and campus recruitment activities across Asia and the Middle East. Key responsibilities include managing biannual recruitment campaigns in Singapore and Abu Dhabi, as well as organizing conferences, forums, symposiums, and employer visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all facets of campus recruitment campaigns including interview scheduling, event conception to completion, and timeline management.
  • Serve as the principal contact for recruiters in assigned sectors, coordinating engagements and overseeing event execution and interview processes.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with employers, internal teams, and external service providers to ensure smooth event logistics and quality delivery.
  • Develop and implement communication plans for campaigns and events, managing data through relevant information systems.
  • Oversee budget expenditure linked to assigned events and campaigns.
  • Anticipate risks associated with events and devise contingency plans to manage crises effectively.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and sector opportunities in designated sectors.
  • Gather and analyze recruitment data related to attendance, applications, shortlists, and offers to inform continuous improvement.
  • Ensure operational excellence in logistical planning and execution of recruitment formats.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, event management, or a related field.
  • 5 to 6 years of relevant experience spanning project and event management, talent acquisition, communications, or client/stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to handle complex projects and large-scale events from initial planning to implementation.
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance decision-making and optimize processes.
  • Skilled in process design, enhancement, and implementation.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities to foster consensus among diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Competence in communication strategy development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with budget oversight and risk evaluation.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, and ability to navigate multicultural environments.
  • Organizational excellence with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and independent problem solver.
  • High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Professionalism with a strong respect for confidentiality.
